Bermudian cuisine is the cuisine of the British Overseas Territory of Bermuda. The island’s cuisine has a rich and diverse history and heritage of blending English and Portuguese cuisines, with major influence from Bermuda's seafood species, particularly wahoo and rockfish. In traditional dishes, codfish and potatoes are the main ingredients.
