Smokey Paprika Aioli

Whip this up instead of your basic aioli the next time you're looking to dress up your potato wedges or fried appetisers. It's a terrific french fries dipping sauce, and it's a perfect spicy condiment for crab cakes, fried shrimp, calamari, and hamburgers, just to name a few.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well incorporated.
  • Transfer to a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
