Ingredients

  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons minced celery
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

  • Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and blitz for around 30 seconds or until the minced ginger is pureed.
  • Pour into a suitable container and refrigerate.
