Ambrosia De Laranja is a traditional Brazilian carnival treat and also a great dessert for a feijoada day or other festive occasion.
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup orange juice
- 225 g sugar

- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Mix all ingredients well with a spoon and pass through a strainer.
- Pour into an 20 x 15 cm Pyrex and bake for 20 minutes or until sides start to brown and become crunchy and top is golden brown.
