Caribbean Spice Mix

Caribbean Spice Mix

This blend of spices captures the essence of the Caribbean. You can use this mix where a dry rub is more suitable than using a wet blend such as our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. Most jerk seasonings are wet mixtures that need to be refrigerated, but this dry mix will keep in an airtight container in the pantry.
