Southwestern All-purpose Spice Blend

This is a generic spice blend to use in Southwestern cooking. Note that there is NO salt in this mix which gives you more control in low-salt recipes.

  • Airtight Container


  • 2 tablespoons chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne


  • Mix all of the spices together and store in air tight jar.
